Accessory Building
If you plan to build an accessory building that is over 100 sq. ft. you will need a building permit. With the exception of the Ag. Residential zone there must be a principal building on site before an accessory building will be allowed. Fill out and submit the following document along with the applicable deposit.
Building Permit Application - $200 deposit for accessory buildings, decks, renovations.
All building permit applications must include a site plan and blueprints. In addition to the application, site plan and blueprints you may need one of the following.
