Bylaw 23-2020 a Bylaw that provides for Mail-in Ballot option was passed at the September 15, 2020 regular meeting of Council.

If you wish to vote by mail-in ballot you must submit a Form C (Declaration of Person Requesting Mail-in Ballot) and Form R (Voter's Registration Form and Poll Book - Mail-in Ballot) You can request the forms from the office or you can download them from our website.  The forms must be either mailed, dropped off or emailed to the office no later than 15 days before the election.
